Development Manager

Kaysey Clayton is an experienced nonprofit and social impact professional with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Master of Public Administration. She discovered her passion for the nonprofit sector while in college and has since built a career working with organizations whose missions support Black and Brown communities.

Whether focused on education, workforce development, or affordable housing, and now access to birth centers and midwifery care, Kaysey is deeply committed to advancing equity and expanding opportunities for communities most in need. Originally from Atlanta, Kaysey is now proud to call Charlotte home.
