Bringing together 100 Black, Indigenous, and people of color birth center leaders from across the country to connect, collaborate, and care for themselves and the sustainability of their centers in service to their communities.

Goals:

Nurture midwives and birth center leaders.
Cultivate, grow and strengthen network relationships.
Enrich and bolster leadership, clinical, business and advocacy skills and capacities.
Collaborate to ensure sustainability of community birth centers providing safe, loving, midwifery-led care through socially, politically, and financially trying times.
